针对沼液体系的剪切稀变,高表观粘度和颗粒易沉积特性,引入有源强化方式-刮板式换热器,对其结构进行匹配沼液特性的优化,实现过程对流换热性能20%以上的提升,而过程的机械功耗相对小幅提升,使得过程的能效比大幅提升。
