摘 要

随着社会和经济的发展，人们的环保意识越来越强，随着针对涂料行业的环保政策出台，涂料企业由溶剂型涂料向水性涂料的转型步入正轨，水性涂料迎来实质性的高速发展期。但是，水性涂料企业针对水性涂料的检测手段和性能衡量指标却滞后于水性涂料的发展，因此，涂料企业急需系统的制定一套水性系列涂料的企业标准。

在此背景下，本文在简要概述国内外涂料质量检测标准的发展过程和水性涂料的发展现状及趋势的基础上，介绍了衡量水性涂料质量的多种指标，如漆膜外观、干燥时间、抗流挂性、耐冲击性、柔韧性和附着力等。在现有国家和国际标准基础上，结合国家环保法规对涂料产品的限制和国内涂料企业的实际情况，制定出水性系列涂料的企业标准。本课题为了验证所制定标准的准确性和可行性，在实验室进行了水性集装箱涂料、水性运煤车箱内壁涂料和水性输电铁塔涂料等水性涂料的制备，并针对相应指标进行测试以验证企业标准的可行性。结果表明：所制定的水性系列涂料企业标准在现代涂料企业可以实现的基础上，能够促进涂料行业健康向上发展。

Abstract

With the social and economic development, people's environmental awareness is growing, with the introduction of environmental policies for the paint industry, paint companies by the solvent-based paints to water-based paint on track transition aqueous coating usher substantial speed development. However, water-based paint companies testing methods and metrics for performance waterborne coatings has lagged behind the development of water-based paint, therefore, enterprises need to develop coating systems of a water-based paint series corporate standards.

In this context, on the basis of the development status and trends at home and abroad paint a brief overview of the quality inspection standards development process and water-based paint on the measure introduced aqueous coating quality of a variety of indicators, such as film appearance, drying time, resistance sag resistance, impact resistance, flexibility and adhesion, etc. Existing national and international standards based on the combination of national environmental regulations limiting coating products and the actual situation of domestic paint companies to develop a corporate standard waterborne coatings. In order to verify this issue as accuracy and feasibility of developing standards, in the laboratory of waterborne paint containers, preparation of an aqueous coal wagon wall paint and water-based coatings, such as Transmission Tower water-based paint, and tested for the corresponding indicators to verify the enterprise standard feasibility. The results showed that: waterborne paint companies to develop standards based on modern enterprise can paint on the paint industry to promote the healthy development of upward.

第1章 绪论

1.1 水性系列涂料概述

涂料是一种精细高分子材料，这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面，形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。在生活中涂料被广泛应用于各种工业产品，如：（飞机，火箭，卫星，汽车，船舶，机械，电子，轻工，家电等）和各种钢材保护装饰设备，如:(码头，海上石油钻井平台，石油化工设备，管道，输电塔和桥梁）防腐蚀保护。它属于现代工业工业漆，但漆本身具有悠久的历史。 近年来，涂料产品的技术日趋成熟，作为新一代高档建筑外墙涂料产品其市场前景十分可观，为了更好地规范和引导这一优秀涂料品种的市场发展，全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会2006 年申报了相关行业标准的制定计划。随着社会的发展、技术的进步以及人类环保意识的日益加强，人们越来越清晰地认识到挥发性有机化合物(VOC)对环境所造成的危害，尤其是对人类健康所造成的损害。

70年代以来，由于环境保护法的制定和人们环境保护意识的加强、各国限制了有机溶剂及有害物质的排放，从而使油漆的使用受到种种限制。70-年代作为当代水性涂料的代表——乳胶漆得到了一定的发展，但推广应用却进入了低谷。90年代至今，不光乳胶漆的质量性能大大提高，在价格上也慢慢被人们接受。特别是以荷兰、日本为首的多国大型涂料公司进入我国市场，真正揭开了现代水性涂料的新篇章^[3]。

水性涂料的发展是一个循序渐进的过程，其诞生初期在性能指标上并未达到油性涂料的水准。水性涂料是指用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料，其以环保，安全，简便，节能四大特征，吸引了不少涂料生产企业和消费者的眼球。据了解，2013年，我国的涂料生产总量达1300多万吨，而其中绝大多数为油性涂料，水性涂料的比重不足10% 。现如今，越来越多的涂料企业开始关注水性涂料市场，在水性技术开发过程中投入很多人力和财力，争取完全替代油性涂料在市场上的地位，让更多消费者能早日享受到低碳绿色的健康生活。水性（waterborne)涂料被定义为“配方中的挥发性物质绝大部分是水的涂料”。换言之，凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料，都可称为水性涂料。
