金属基整体式催化剂的制备及性能研究毕业论文

摘 要

多孔阳极氧化铝(Porous Anodic Alumina, PAA)是将铝以及铝合金等材料置于电解液中,通过电化学阳极氧化的作用,使其在金属表面自生长一层有序的多孔氧化铝层。由于在金属基体与多孔氧化铝层间有着一层自生长势垒层,导致金属集体与多孔层间具有较好的粘附稳定性。PAA在许多领域有着重要作用,例如可负载活性组分用于处理NOx污染、挥发性有机化合物污染等。

未改性PAA膜被直接应用于许多研究中,而负载的方式主要有溶液浸渍法以及化学镀等,而由于PAA材料孔道长径比相对较大,采用溶液浸渍法进行负载的效果并不是很好。考虑到PAA材料是有铝板通过阳极氧化得到的,铝层位于氧化膜中,并未完全氧化,这就使PAA材料具有一定导电性。利用这个特点,提出在催化剂制备的过程中采用电解负载的方法。而在电解负载的过程中,在负载电压与时间相同的条件下,处理相同条件下制备的PAA材料,负载量从理论方面考虑应该是相等的,并且负载量应与电流、电压、时间等条件存在着一定的关系。故在本文中重点探究负载量受负载时间、负载电压的影响,以及探究以电解负载法和浸渍法制备催化剂的催化性能。

ABSTRACT

Porous Anodic Alumina (PAA) is a layer of porous alumina layer that is placed in an electrolyte by placing an aluminum and aluminum alloy in an electrolyte by electrochemical anodization. . Since there is a self-growth barrier layer between the metal matrix and the porous alumina layer, the metal collective and the porous layer have good adhesion stability. PAA plays an important role in many fields, but PAA materials still have problems such as small specific surface area and single pore structure, which hinders their development.

The unmodified PAA film is directly used in many studies, and the load is mainly by solution dipping method and electroless plating. However, since the PAA material has a relatively large pore length ratio, the effect of the solution dipping method is not very high. it is good. Considering that the PAA material is obtained by anodizing an aluminum plate, the aluminum layer is located in the oxide film and is not completely oxidized, which allows the PAA material to retain this conductivity. Using this feature, a method of using an electrolytic load in the preparation of the catalyst is proposed. In the process of electrolytic loading, under the same conditions of load voltage and time, the PAA materials prepared under the same conditions should be treated in the same way, and the load should be equal to the current, voltage, time and other conditions. There is a certain relationship. Therefore, in this paper, the load is affected by the load time and load voltage, and the catalytic performance of the catalyst prepared by electrolytic loading and impregnation is explored.
