摘 要
随着人们环保意识的增强与越来越严格的环保法规的出台,环境污染问题已经成为我国目前亟待解决的问题之一。在环境污染问题中,最受人们关注的是由于工业生产,交通运输所引发的空气污染问题。因此,我国空气污染问题亟待解决。吸附法因其具有操作简单,分离效率高,能回收有效组份,容易实现自动控制等优点,已在环境污染治理工作中普遍使用。由于介孔分子筛有着突出的吸附性能,已在分离吸附领域有着广泛的应用。
本文主要研究了Cu/Al-SBA-15分子筛的制备与对于脱除噻吩类硫化物和分离乙烯乙烷的性能。由于Cu 能与噻吩类硫化物形成π-络合物,而引入Al能使Cu在SBA-15上的分散性得到提高,因此我们先通过原位合成法合成Al-SBA-15分子筛,再使用固相研磨法对其负载一定量的Cu。
我们对制备的吸附剂进行XRD、BET、IR和TG表征。结果证明Al的引入使Cu在SBA-15上更好的分散,并且Cu/Al-SBA-15保持了SBA-15原有的高度有序的孔道结构。遗憾的是,Cu/Al-SBA-15在吸附脱除噻吩类硫化物性能测试中的表现较差,有可能是因为Cu的负载量过高导致孔道堵塞;而在分离乙烯乙烷的实验中,7Al-CuAS具有比7CuAS更好的分离性能。

Preparation and Properties of Cu/Al-SBA-15 Adsorbent
ABSTRACT
With the increase of environmental awareness and the introduction of increasingly stringent environmental regulations,Environmental pollution control problem has become China's current urgent problem. In the environmental pollution problem, the most people are concerned about air pollution problems caused by industrial production and transportation. The main technologies for the control of air pollutants include dust removal,absorption,adsorption,catalysis,condensation and combustion. Adsorption method has been widely used in environmental pollution control work because of its simple operation,high separation efficiency,can recover effective components,easy to achieve automatic control,etc. As the mesoporous molecular sieve has a prominent adsorption properties,has been in the field of separation and adsorption has a wide range of applications.
In this paper,the preparation of Cu/Al-SBA-15 molecular sieves and the removal of thiophene sulfides and the separation of ethylene ethane were studied. Since Cu can form π-complex with thiophene sulfide,and the introduction of Al enables the dispersibility of Cu on SBA-15. Therefore,we synthesized the Al-SBA-15 molecular sieve by direct synthesis method,and then loaded with a certain amount of Cu.
Samples were characterized by XRD,BET,IR and TG. From the results,The introduction of Al allows Cu to be better dispersed on SBA-15. And Cu/Al-SBA-15 maintained the SBA-15 original highly ordered pore structure. Unfortunately,Cu/Al-SBA-15 performed poorly in the adsorption-removal of thiophene sulfide performance tests,probably because the loading of Cu is too high leading to clogging of the pores. In the experiment of separating ethylene ethane,Sample 7Al-CuAS has better separation performance than Sample 7CuAS.
