摘 要

硫酸是化工生产中的一种重要的原材料,被普遍应用于多个行业。

本论文从硫酸的基本性质开始,接着分析了硫酸市场的当前状况,系统介绍了硫磺制酸的背景及工艺条件,然后说明了硫磺制酸的原理、工艺流程以及设备等信息。论文以稳态模拟的形式还原了硫磺制酸的整个流程,并且着重对于转化换热流程进行了分析和计算,以达到对硫磺为原料生产硫酸的工艺进行了解,分析,及进一步完成对工艺的改善。

Technological design of the processes of transforming and heat transferring in sulfuric acid producing using sulfur

Abstract

Sulfuric acid is an important raw material in chemical industry,it is widely used in many industries.Sulfuric acid has high qualities in acidity,causticity and water absorption.The sulfuric acid used in industry is usually an aqueous solution with a high concentration,sulfur,pyrite and smelt smoke are used as raw material in industry,currently domestic producing of sulfuric acid uses pyrite as the raw material mainly,the proportion of sulfur is gradually increasing in recent years,compared to pyrite,using sulfur as the material of producing sulfuric acid has advantages of simpler craft processes,lower investment,higher rate of energy utilizing,better environment benefits and etc.

This paper talks from the basic properties of sulfuric acid,and analyzes the current status of sulfuric market,systematically introduces the backgrounds and craft conditions of acid producing using sulfur,then explains the principles,craft processes and information about equipment.This paper reverts the whole process of acid producing using sulfur in form of steady simulations,and focuses on the analyzing and calculating of the processes of transformations and heat transferring,to achieve the understanding,analyzing and further improving of the crafts.
