双固化松香基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的涂膜性能研究毕业论文

摘 要

紫外光固化涂料凭具有节能高效、绿色环保和固化速率快等众多点优,广泛应用于涂料、胶粘剂、印刷油墨等领域。但其仍然存在一些缺点:如固化深度受膜厚限制、在有色体系中难以应用、受物件形状制约阴影部分无法固化等。为了拓宽紫外光固化涂料应用范围,人们将其他固化方式与光固化结合起来组成了双固化体系,有效弥补了光固化过程的不足。本文对既含有不饱和双键又含有羟基的松香基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(APAPUA),将其作为光–热双固化涂料的预聚物,对涂膜性能进行了研究。

将预聚物APAPUA与光引发剂、活性稀释单体、助剂、热固化剂混合均匀,制备涂膜,对涂膜性能进行了测试表征。探讨了涂料配方组成和双固化工艺条件。经过光-热双固化,涂膜的固化程度得到提高,交联密度更大,弥补了光固化在涂膜厚度较大时及有色体系中固化不完全的缺陷。光–热双固化后,涂膜的附着力、硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等综合性能达到最佳。通过红外光谱分析确定预聚物树脂中的羟基和碳碳双键已经反应完全。通过热重分析,发现双固化后涂膜的热稳定性能优良。

Film Properties of Rosin-Based Polyurethane Acrylate via Dual Curing Process

ABSTRACT

Ultraviolet(UV) curable coatings have the advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, environment friendly and fast curing rate,etc, is widely used in coating, adhesive, printing ink, etc. But it still exists some disadvantages: curing depth restricted by film thickness, difficult to apply in nonferrous system, shading can't cure by the limit of the object shape, etc. In order to broaden Ultraviolet curable coatings applied scope, people combine other curing ways with UV curing to form a dual curing system, effectively mading up for the inadequacies of UV curing process.In this paper, rosin based polyurethane acrylates (APAPUA) containing both unsaturated double bond and hydroxyl, used as a prepolymer in UV-heat dual curing coating, and the properties of coating film were studied.

The prepolymer APAPUA was mixed with initiator, active diluent monomer, auxiliaries and heat curing agent to prepare coating films, and the properties of the coating films were tested. After UV-heat dual curing, curing degree and crosslinking density had been improved.It made up for that film thickness and color system had serious impact on UVcuring. The film had achieved the best Adhesion, hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break and other comprehensive performances. FT-IR spectrum analysis indicated that hydroxyl of prepolymer and the carbon-carbon double bonds had reacted completely. Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the thermal st ability of the film through dual curing was excellent.
