正戊烷和异戊烷在ZIF-8上吸附性能研究毕业论文

摘 要
本文主要研究了新型MOFs材料ZIF-8对正戊烷和异戊烷吸附分离性能。采用室温快速晶化法合成ZIF-8,对合成样品进行XRD、氮气BET、TG-DTA表征;考察了正戊烷在ZIF-8上的平衡吸附/脱附性能,并在动态吸附装置上考察正戊烷和异戊烷的吸附分离性能。结果表明:(1)合成样品具有明显ZIF-8特征衍射峰,BET比表面积为2233.9 m2/g,微孔孔容为0.7538 cm3/g;(2)35℃下,正戊烷在ZIF-8上为优惠的I型等温线,吸附温度为35、70和100℃时,正戊烷在ZIF-8上的平衡吸附量分别为25.04、19.81和14.40g/100gads;正戊烷在ZIF-8上的吸附符合微孔填充理论;TG-DTA结果表明正戊烷在ZIF-8上的脱附峰顶温度为88.4℃,明显低于5A分子筛;(3)70℃下,正戊烷纯组分在ZIF-8上的穿透吸附量为19.51g/100gads;等摩尔量正戊烷和异戊烷混合物70℃时正戊烷在ZIF-8上的穿透吸附吸附量最大为15.95 g/100gads,为异戊烷的67.8倍。

Study on Adsorption Process of N-pentane and Iso-pentane on ZIF-8
ABSTRACT
In this thesis, the adsorption separation performance of n-pentane and iso-pentane on the metal-organic frameworks ZIF-8 was investigated. ZIF-8 was synthesized by rapid crystallization at room temperature. The phase, pore structure and thermostability of ZIF-8 were analyzed systemically by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and TG-DTA. The adsorption equilibrium performance of n-pentane on ZIF-8 was explored. The separation performance of n-pentane and isopentane was investigated on dynamic adsorption device. The results are as follows: (1) The synthesized sample has typical diffraction peak of ZIF-8 crystal with good thermal stability. The BET specific surface area and micropore volume of ZIF-8 are respectively 2233.9 m2/g and 0.7538 cm3/g. (2) The adsorption isotherms of n-pentane on ZIF-8 are type I, and the equilibrium adsorption capacity of n-pentane are 25.04, 19.81 and 14.40g/100gads respectively at 35, 70 and 100℃. The fitting degree by D-A adsorption equation for n-pentane on ZIF-8 is up to 99%, which illustrates that the adsorption of n-pentane on ZIF-8 is according to the theory of micropore filling. The temperature of desorption peak of n-pentane on ZIF-8 is 88.4℃, significantly lower than that of 5A molecular sieve.(3) The breakthrough adsorption capacity of pure n-pentane on ZIF-8 is 19.51g/100gads at 70℃.In this condition, the breakthrough adsorption capacity of n-pentane on ZIF-8 is 15.95 g/100gads ,which is 67.8 times more than that of isopentane.

1.1 课题研究背景
1.1.1 轻石脑油组成
轻石脑油是石油行业中一种重要的化工原料,其中以C4~C6的饱和烷烃和环烷烃为主,包含少量的烯烃和芳烃。轻石脑油中正戊烷和异戊烷的含量分别约为30%和40%。轻石脑油一般来自于炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置的直馏石脑油、加氢裂化油、炼油厂催化裂化油、重整拔头油、焦化装置二次加工石脑油和油气田凝析油等。表1-1给出了国内外不同地区的轻石脑油主要组成[1~3]。
