1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
结晶在小分子活性药物成分(api)的生产中起重要作用。
本题提在分子和宏观尺度上全面了解结晶过程,粒度分布,纯度,溶解度,溶解速率和渗透性,对相关仪器的表征进一步熟悉,培养学生独立查阅国内外文献的能力,了解各种表征手段、实验室安全规程、各级药品的储存与保管,锻炼本科生独立思考和独立实验的能力。
能独立使用软件处理相关数据,具有初步的整理和分析数据的能力,包括origin等数据处理软件、word撰写论文以及使用powerpoint制作答辩报告的能力。
