1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
课题内容: 课题组前期的研究工作,双膜法已成功应用于多种不同来源的制浆造纸尾水和回用水质,但含有pva的制浆造纸工业废水经过生化处理后的尾水水质仍然复杂,主要含有难降解的纤维、半纤维、木质素、胶体等污染物,cod在70-100mg/l和盐含量在1000~3000mg/l。
在现有技术和工程中存在膜污染严重、清洗频繁、回用率低以及浓水难以处理方面的问题,严重限制了双膜法工艺在制浆造纸尾水回用中的应用。
本课题重点研究pva对pvdf中空纤维超滤膜的污染方式及机理做一些深入性探索,同时考察不同分子量pva在不同温度、时间条件下,对膜的污染性实验,并以xrd、sem、icp、ir等表征手段对污染膜的微结构进行分析,探讨膜污染机理并解决膜污染及提高运行稳定性。
