超声辐照在有机硅乳液型消泡剂制备中的应用研究任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
开发可应用于金属加工、印染、油墨、造纸、纺织、环保等行业的有机硅乳液型消泡剂。
设计与合成新的活性物质(有机硅系列),并选取适当的分散剂、乳化剂等助剂,配制新型有机硅乳液型消泡剂,研究制造工艺。
在消泡剂制备过程中,引入超声辐照技术,提高消泡剂乳化、分散、消泡等性能。

1-4周,了解课题背景,完成开题报告,翻译论文。
5-16周,开展实验工作,其中: 5-8周,设计与合成新的活性物质(有机硅系列)。
