查阅相关文献与专业书籍了解目前原子层沉积(ald)技术,以及对于膜亲疏水改性方法的学习,了解此课题相关背景,已有成果以及存在的问题,对论文的研究方向有较深入的认识。

查阅国内外文献,了解原子层沉积原理以及亲疏水改性方法的相关知识; 2019. 3. 15 ~ 2019. 4 .1:利用课题组已有基础,学习查阅书籍,了解并学习ALD的实验仪器; 2019. 4. 1 ~ 2019. 5. 30:尝试使用ALD仪器在AAO膜上沉积不同的金属氧化物,得到亲疏水性的改变,并进行膜的后期表征测试; 2019. 6. 1 ~ 2019. 6. 10:完成毕业论文。
