2,5-二氯苯胺合成方法研究毕业论文

摘 要

2,5一二氯苯胺( 2,5-Dichloroaniline),分子式为 C6H5Cl2N。是较为重要的有机合成中间体和农药中间体,可用于合成3,6-二氯水杨酸、3,6-二氯-2-甲氧基苯甲酸,与乙酸缩合生成酯等。主要作为有机合成原料。随着农药、染料、医药等各个领域的发展,2,5一二氯苯胺的需求和前景快速增大。

本文探索的合成方法是是一步法直接生产2,5-二氯苯胺的方法。此方法的优点是合成工艺简単、路线短、环保性强。难点在于怎样通过催化剂的选择与处理、反应条件的控制使得产品达到一个较高的产率。

实验通过改变温度、溶剂、氧化剂、催化剂在直接催化氧化的条件下进行了对比。

ABSTRACT

2,5-Dichloroaniline(C6H5Cl2N) is an important organic synthesis intermediate and pesticide intermediate,which can be used for the synthesis of 3,6-dichlorosalicylic acid and 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid. , the condensation of ester with acetic acid,mainly as the raw material of organic synthesis.With the development of pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals and other fields, 2,5-dichloroaniline’s need and prospect is increasing fastly.

This article explores a direct synthetic method of 2,5-Dichloroaniline in one-step. This method is environment protecting and it has simple synthesis process, short route . The difficulty is to control the reaction conditions and allows the product to achieve a higher yield through the selection and treatment of the catalyst.

The experiment was made by changing the temperature, the solvent, the oxidizing agent and the catalyst in the direct catalytic oxidation.
