1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
本研究项目合成了钴基MOF纳米棒,并将其修饰在导电玻璃表面以构建葡萄糖无酶传感器,通过利用SEM、TEM、XRD、IR、XPS、电极制备及电化学性能测试等表征手段,探索钴基MOF纳米棒的形貌、结构、化学组成以及催化葡萄糖的最佳条件,以实现葡萄糖的高灵敏度的无酶检测。
