可注射型水凝胶在药物传递和组织工程领域中有着广阔的应用前景。

众所周知,水凝胶是模拟细胞外基质(ecm)用于细胞的三维封装的理想材料之一,它不仅能提供高度水合的组织环境,而且还具有生物活性物质(如生长因子)的掺入能力。

基于此,本课题提出了一个独特的方法,利用动态共价键和离子键的相互作用,来构建可注射型双网(dn)水凝胶,用于细胞3d培养及生物功能性的构建,并有望实现软骨组织工程方面的应用。
