柔软剂MS-20的合成及应用性能研究毕业论文

摘 要
随着染整工业的发展,各种柔软剂相继出现。总的来说,按柔软剂化学组成可分为非表面活性类、表面活性剂类、反应型和高分子聚合物乳液型4类。
以硬脂酰胺为原料制的的羟甲基硬质酰胺,在一定温度下进行搅拌,乳化成浆状物,充分乳化后倒入砂磨机沙磨,再经布氏漏斗过滤,即得到柔软剂MS-20.本实验是用合成的柔软剂MS-20对腈纶织物进行柔软处理,通过对柔软剂浓度,柔软处理温度,以及浸渍时间分析柔软处理效果,寻找最佳的柔软处理工艺。

Softening agent Ms - 20 the synthesis and application of performance study
Abstract
With the development of dyeing and finishing industry, all kinds of softener appeared. In general, the softener chemical composition can be divided into the surface activity, the type of surfactant, reaction type and polymer emulsion type 4 classes.
With stearic acid as the raw material is made of hydroxymethyl hard amide, in a certain temperature under stirring, emulsion into paste, sufficient emulsification and pour into sand mill grinding, then through buchner funnel filter, namely get softener MS - 20. This experiment is to use synthetic softener MS - 20 of acrylic fabric soft handle, through to the softening agent concentration, processing temperature, soft soft treatment effect and dipping time analysis, seek the best soft treatment process.
