本课题从模仿生物体柔软、有弹性、可愈合的自然特性出发,基于聚谷氨酸材料设计具备良好组织贴合、弹性、自愈合,并且可促进皮肤软组织修复与再生的水凝胶体系,拟对其弹性模量、延展性和生物相容性进行表征和评价,在确定生物相容性基础上进行活体实验确定其临床应用效果
