己内酯是一种重要的有机合成中间体和新型聚酯单体,其开环聚合所得的聚己内酯在生物医用材料、环境友好塑料等领域有广泛的用途。
根据生产工艺和原料使用的不同,己内酯合成的方法主要有环己酮氧化法、环己醇氧化法、己二酸环化法、1,6-己二醇脱氢法和6-羟基己酸分子内缩合法等。
综合各种因素的考虑,环己酮氧化法合成己内酯是目前最可行的方法。
