1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
内容:本课题主要研究rna酶解液中色素在sx-1树脂上的吸附行为,包括色素吸附等温线,热力学,动力学以及动态上柱和树脂再生实验。
要求:完全掌握色谱分离的基本原理,熟练使用各项仪器设备,认真完成相应实验。
