内容：本课题主要研究rna酶解液中色素在sx-1树脂上的吸附行为，包括色素吸附等温线，热力学，动力学以及动态上柱和树脂再生实验。

要求：完全掌握色谱分离的基本原理，熟练使用各项仪器设备，认真完成相应实验。
