1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
内容: 1、考察紫外照射时长及5-FOA浓度对裂殖壶菌菌体生长的影响。
2、筛选出尿嘧啶、谷氨酸及亮氨酸营养缺陷型菌株 3、利用分子生物学手段对营养缺陷型菌株进行鉴定 要求: 熟悉实验室的基本操作 安全规范使用实验仪器 完成开题报告和毕业论文的写作
