摘 要
目的:介绍国内外脂质体在冻干粉针剂中的研究进展的最新动态,综述冻干粉针剂中所有脂质体的特点及现状,让人们对脂质体在冻干粉针剂中的应用现状有所了解。为我国脂质体研究提 供参考方法:对脂质体在冻干粉针剂中发展的因素进行分析,拟从冻干粉针剂的生产所受到的各方面制约来进行探讨。根据现在的医药领域的经济及科技水平的发展对脂质体在冻干粉针剂中的发展趋势进行预测,并将重点介绍几种会在冻干粉针剂中利用脂质体所采用的新技术。以国内外大量有代表性的论文为基础,进行分析、整理和归纳。结果:综述了脂质体的物理化学稳定性及其影响因素。人们在脂质体的研究领域已取得不俗的成果,通过制备前体脂质体、冻干脂 质体和聚合脂质体等可使脂质体的稳定性得到改善。结论:将通过预测人类在抗肿瘤领域的新兴技术和科技发展等因素,确定脂质体在冻干粉针剂中的应用将成为未来抗肿瘤领域的经济高效型应用,在人类抗肿瘤方面成为一个新的里程碑。

1 引言
脂质体作为新兴的药物载体通常以静脉或其它途径给药后,能靶向性地集中于病人机体的某些组织而发挥疗效。但脂质体在常温时是以混悬液的状态存在,因此存在贮存期药物的渗漏和相分离等稳定性等的问题,而且脂质体在被应用为药物载体之后依然对有些疾病体现出不明显靶向性,脂质体在使用时稳定性和贮存时稳定性不够好,因此这些因素限制了脂质体在临床时的应用和工业大量生产以及贮备[1]。但是因近两年的冷冻生物学和冷冻干燥技术的开展对脂质体的保存提供了十分重要方法。笔者将阐述脂质体在冻干粉针剂中的优势和意义,并对脂质体和冻干技术进行简单的介绍。综述冻干粉针剂中所有脂质体的特点及现状,让人们对脂质体在冻干粉针剂中的应用现状有所了解。对脂质体在冻干粉针剂中发展的因素进行分析,拟从冻干粉针剂的生产所受到的各方面制约来进行探讨。根据现在的医药领域的经济及科技水平的发展对脂质体在冻干粉针剂中的发展趋势进行预测,并将重点介绍几种会在冻干粉针剂中利用脂质体所采用的新技术。笔者的研究综述如下。
