DHA发酵过程中供氧策略的优化毕业论文

摘 要
本文首先对DHA的结构性质及生理功能进行了介绍,然后介绍了DHA的来源和当前进展,同时以裂殖壶菌发酵产DHA发酵过程为研究对象,采用研究不同搅拌转速和通气量的策略,进行组合实验,研究两者协同作用对细胞增长,油脂积累,DHA含量的影响。因此,我们可以获得最优的搅拌转速和通气量。紧接着介绍了DHA的发酵方法,以及进一步的研究意义和内容——通过裂殖弧菌 HX-308为菌种来发酵制备DHA,并对供氧条件进行优化。以裂殖弧菌HX-308为菌种,第一步采用单因素实验在50L发酵罐中对发酵过程中通气量和搅拌速度进行选择(提高油脂产量和DHA含量),第二步对最优通气量和转速进行组合实验,最后一步进行放大实验(验证试验结果)。最后通过放大实验验证以上实验结果,为工业化生产提供理论指导。

Optimization of oxygen supply strategy of DHA in fermentation process
Abstract
In this paper, the structural properties and physiological functions of DHA are introduced, and then introduced the DHA source and current progress.At the same time of Schizochytrium limacinum fermentation DHA fermentation process as the research object, the study of different agitation rate and ventilation strategy,experimental study of combination, the synergistic effects on cell growth, lipid accumulation, the effect of DHA content.Therefore,we can obtain the optimal agitation and aeration.Then we introduced the fermentation method of DHA,and further the research significance and content——The Schizochytrium limacinum HX-308 strain to ferment for preparation of DHA, and the oxygen supply conditions were optimized.In the Schizochytrium limacinum HX-308 strain by single factor experiment, the first step in a 50L fermentor fermentation process of ventilation quantity and stirring speed were selected (to improve the yield and the content of DHA oil).The second step of the optimal gas flow rate and speed of combination experiment, the final step for the amplification experiment (test results).Finally, enlarged the experiment the above experimental results, providing theoretical guidance for industrial production.
