载阿霉素脂质体nHA-PCL支架的理化性质及细胞毒性研究文献综述

一、骨肉瘤 骨肉瘤是成骨性恶性肿瘤最多见的一种,较常发生在人类青少年(11-20岁)时期,发生部位在长骨干骺端,比方说肱骨近端、股骨远端。

有研究[1]表明,男性的发病率约为女性的1.28倍。

自20世纪70年代开始以化疗代替手术进行治疗之后,骨肉瘤患者的5年生存率从不到20%提升至80%左右。

近三四十年以来现代医学不断发展,骨肉瘤的治疗方法#8212;#8212;外科手术、化疗、放疗等治疗方法逐渐进步。

但因为放疗敏感性差,所以骨肉瘤的临床治疗方法仍以手术和化疗为主。

1.1化学疗法 在骨肉瘤的治疗中,化学疗法依旧占据非常重要的地位。

BERNTHAL等[2]研究证明了这一点,经过25年的跟踪随访,选择化疗的试验组无论是5年无病生存率,还是总生存率均高于对照组,且差异存在统计学意义(P 25 Years)of a randomized,prospective clinical trial evaluating chemotherapy in patients with high-grade,operable osteosarcoma[J].
