一、论文内容: 为了缓解环境能源危机,寻求可持续的替代能源刻不容缓[1]。
目前,一碳化合物的高效利用是当前生物制造领域的重要研究热点[2]。
其中以甲醇为原料受人关注,甲醇具有以下优势:含有更多电子,能够提供充足还原力;来源广泛,可从工业废气或煤炭等较多可再生资源中高效合成;成本较低,运输便捷,供应不因季节和气候而影响[3-5 ]。
