1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容和要求

本毕业论文课题所设计的内容主要是根据产碱性蛋白酶细菌的特点，进行实验室研究，通过不同菌的特性，筛选出目标细菌。

具体内容如下： 1、通过查阅文献，了解课题背景、研究目的和主要内容。

2、初步掌握中英文文献的查阅方法。
