1、摸索不同浓度三氯生对莱茵衣藻细胞数的剂量-反应关系；

2、考察不同三氯生处理浓度和处理时间下，莱茵衣藻中叶绿素含量的变化，来研究三氯生对莱茵衣藻光合作用的影响；
