火锅中非法添加物实时分析质谱快速分析方法的建立毕业论文

摘 要

目前分析非法添加物的传统国标方法有气相色谱法(Gas Chromatography/GC),高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography/HPLC),气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS),高效液相色谱串联质谱法(HPLC-MS),毛细管电泳色谱法,层析法,紫外/可见分光光度法等等。但是对于目前的分析非法添加物的方法来说,这些方法有很明显的一些优缺点,例如高效液相色谱串联质谱法(HPLC-MS)对于非法添加物的检出限很低,对物质的定性的效果优秀,尤其是一些热不稳定的非法添加物,使用此方法有相当的优点。又如现在使用率较高的气相色谱串联质谱法,具有抗干扰能力强,定性准确,定量的检出限较低,但是成本高昂,仪器精密,需要专业人员维护,同时分析的时间较为漫长,影响分析检测工作的效率。

DART-MS 的特点在于不需要复杂样品前处理,无需色谱分离,可以直接检测固体表面或者液体中的小分子化合物。对于DART-MS来说,有一个独一无二的优势就是可以直接在敞开、常压的环境下进行检测而不需要任何其他环境条件,同时,样品的复杂前处理过程可以大大省略,不需要复杂的前处理过程,因此对于DART-MS而言,又有了实时监测的功能。同时与质谱本身的检测优势相结合,DART-MS对于生物活体的检测分析,也拥有其他常规检测方法所没有的优点。此外,DART-MS 特有的样品进样方式以及超快速的检测速度可保证高通量检测,适合大批量样品的快速检测。

本文采取使用低毒无毒的有机溶剂对火锅底料样品进行简单的前处理方法。然后使用He气作为离子化气体,采用DART-MS进行火锅底料样品中的罂粟壳生物碱如罂粟碱和那可丁含量进行测定,可以快速检测出如罂粟这一非法添加物的方法。

The establishment of the rapid analysis of illegal additive by DART-MS in hot-pot seasoning

Abstract

Now the traditional method of analyzing the illegal additives are Gas Chromatography/GC, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GC-MS), High Performance Liquid Chromatograph mass spectrometer (HPLC-MS), capillary electrophoresis chromatography, ultraviolet/visible spectrophotometer and other etc. However, the advantage and the weakness of the current methods are obvious. For example, the detection limit in the High Performance Liquid Chromatograph mass spectrometer is low and the qualitative effect is precise, which has special advantages for the detection of some unstable thermo sensitive materials .Such as the gas chromatography which is used often. It’s anti-interference ability, qualitative and accurate, the limit of the quantitative is low, but due to the high cost, precision instruments and the professional maintenance, while the analysis time is long, which affect the efficiency of the analysis.

DART-MS (direct analysis in real time), which do not need the requirement of the complicated sample pretreatment. DART-MS can detect the small molecule compounds on the surfaces of the solid and the liquids without chromatographic separation. Due to the DART-MS can directly detect in atmosphere and without any complicated sample pretreatment process, and it has the ability of real-time monitoring, which combined with the characteristics of the precise of Mass Spectrometry itself.. DART-MS also has a unique advantage in biological analysis. In addition, DART-MS with the unique sample injection method and ultra-fast detection speed which can ensure the high-speed detection, and it is very suitable for rapid analysis of large quantities of samples.

In this paper, we use low toxicity and non-toxic organic solvent to engage the simple pretreatment methods in hot-pot seasoning samples. We use He gas as the ionized gas. DART-MS is used to analysis the determination of the content of palaverine and narcotine in the hot-pot seasoning and quickly check the illegal additive such as poppy.
