构建基于核酸适配体电化学方法制备u型核酸纳米探针及其电化学性能调控,以用于对大肠杆菌、肠毒素进行同时检测分析。
优化组装条件,实现u型核酸纳米探针在金电极表面的快速稳定组装。
u型核酸纳米结构探针相比于简单混合的常规结构探针电化学稳定性明显提升。
