1、 内容 在试验过程中，制定出一套试验方案，也就是具体步骤，即：1、前期方法学摸索2、动物分组和给药3、方法学考证与样本测定4、统计学处理 2、 要求 掌握文献查阅的一般方法，学会使用计算机在中国期刊网，维普数据库，超星数字图书馆，sci等检索资源上查阅关于代谢组学的相关文献。

确定实验内容，拟定科学可行的实验方案。

处理实验数据，对实验结果进行总结、归纳。
