1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
手性醇是一类重要的有机合成砌块,广泛应用于合成结构更加复杂的生物活性物质和材料,如手性药物,农用化学品及液晶材料等。
羰基还原酶/醇脱氢酶能够催化前手性酮还原,是制备手性醇分子最简单、最直接的方法之一。
本实验拟通过基因探矿的手段筛选新型的羰基还原酶/醇脱氢酶用于手性醇分子的制备。

3. 毕业设计(论文)进程安排
3.1-3.15 毕业设计实验准备阶段,包括实验室安全培训,实验室操作规范的学习;实验材料的准备,试剂的购买 3.16-5.1开始实验阶段,按照开题报告要求开展实验,同时学习实验室仪器使用。
同时针对实验中遇到的问题,进行文献查找,解决问题。
5.1-5.20 实验结尾阶段,数据整理,开始毕业设计论文撰写准备毕业设计答辩ppt。
