1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
1、 内容 在试验过程中,制定出一套试验方案,也就是具体步骤,即:1、细胞培养(换液与传代)2、建立裸鼠异种移植瘤模型3、动物给药干预4、动物实验相关指标测定5、数据处理。
本研究以人骨肉瘤细胞为研究对象,建立裸鼠异种移植瘤模型,以冬凌草甲素进行治疗,对裸鼠的各项指标进行测定,并对测得数据进行处理。
2、要求 (1)掌握文献查阅的一般方法,学会使用计算机在中国期刊网,维普数据库,超星数字图书馆,sci等检索资源上查阅关于细胞凋亡的相关文献。
