摘 要
盐酸氨基葡萄糖片中主成分为盐酸氨基葡萄糖,为甲壳质在浓盐酸溶液中溶解得到的,其在医疗行业对于治疗免疫疾病、预防与治疗关节类疾病,以及抗菌方面都应用,在抗癌方面有巨大的发展前景。目前我国仅对盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊及纯提取物确定了相关测定方法,对盐酸氨基葡萄糖片的检测没有确切的标准方法。目前对于盐酸氨基葡萄糖含量的测定方法很多,它们各有其不同的优缺点。本论文通过高效液相色谱法的方法对样品盐酸氨基葡萄糖片主成分的含量进行测定,与对照品通过外标法以峰面积计算其含量。同时对实验过程中的相关数据包括实验方法的是否具有专属性,实验中的仪器是否具有较好的精密度,实验的重复性是否良好,以及实验方法的准确度进行验证,利用盐酸氨基葡萄糖片中辅料及实验溶剂对测定结果的影响,确定高效液相色谱法对于盐酸氨基葡萄糖片中的主含量测定的是否有高度的专属性,进行多次平行实验,检验实验所使用的仪器是否精密,能否实现实验的重复,和实验的准确度。通过这些方法学实验对高效液相色谱法进行检验。

Determination of main components in glucosamine hydrochloride tables
Abstract
The main component of glucosamine hydrochloride tablet is glucosamine hydrochloride,which is obtained by chitin in concentrated hydrochloric acid solution.It is widely used in the medical industry for the treatment of immune disease,prevention and treatment of joint diseases,as well as antibacterial,and has huge development prospect in anti-cancer.At present,China has only determined the related determination methods for glucosamine hydrochloride capsules and pure extracts,but there is no exact standard method for glucosamine hydrochloride tables.Now,the determination methods of glucosamine hydrochloride include ultraviolet spectrophotometry,titration analysis and high performance liquid chromatography,which has advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,the content of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets was determined by HPLC. The content of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets was calculated by peak area with external standard method. At the same time, the relevant data in the process of the experiment, including the specificity of the experiment, the precision of the experimental instrument, the repeatability of the experiment and the accuracy of the method, were verified.By using the influence of the excipients and experimental solvents in the glucosamine hydrochloride tablets on the determination results.Conducting multiple parallel experiments to check whether the instruments used in the experiment are precise and whether the experiment can be realized.

选题背景
氨基葡萄糖是人体和动物自身合成的体内天然物质,其有利于保护我们体内的软骨,可做到修复体内受损关节以及缓解关节的疼痛感。如果人体内缺少氨基葡萄糖,则会引发相关疾病,比如骨关节炎或是退行性关节炎等等,由此即可看出氨基葡萄糖这类物质对于我们是有巨大影响的。人体的关节软骨退化,大都因为衰老导致体内的氨基葡萄糖含量下降[1]。年长的人群中很大一部分在承受着骨关节炎等关节疾病的痛苦,骨关节炎患者也逐渐增多,如果单纯服用西医口服药物进行干预,将会产生许多不良反应,许多骨关节炎患者服用药物短期内就出现胃痛、反酸等多种不同程度的不良副作用,因此许多患者被迫停止使用这种方法进行治疗[2]。
