摘 要

近年来，癌症的患病率已越来越高，严重威胁人类健康。而目前临床治疗中仍以放化疗为主，治疗效果较差，患者生存期较短。以往至现在，肿瘤的治疗多半是以西医为主的。在西医方面，研究人员进行了大量的检测试验，从一期临床到四期临床的整个检验，从中积累了大量的数据，将药物的正面功效和反面的毒副作用进行整合平衡，最终确定出最是合适开发生产的抗癌药物。目前，西医疗法是最能够体现出科学性的，临床上对于肿瘤的治疗，很多是放化疗法，但是放化疗对于人体的免疫功能的伤害实属巨大，即使患者的肿瘤细胞完全杀死，由于免疫力过于低下致使很大可能复发且染上其他疾病。因此，现在有很多的科研人员也渐渐注意到了中医疗法。我们都知道中医是我国的传统医学，千百年来经久不衰。有些特别的疑难杂症通过西医的诊断并不能得出结果，却通过中医检测出来并且得以治疗。当然，中药也是具有一定的毒副作用的，尤其是现在的时代，环境污染造成很多中药的质量大不如前，这一点是毋庸置疑的，药效下降，甚至有的药平添了毒性，这是中医治疗的一大缺憾。

通过研究发现，肿瘤病人大多痰湿严重，经络堵塞，脾胃虚寒，爱康胶囊即根据这几点选取的对应治疗的中药：生半夏，红参，全蝎和肉桂。其中，生半夏是抗肿瘤的常见药物，红参去湿气，全蝎通脉络，肉桂去寒气。爱康胶囊对于恶性肿瘤的转移，以及免疫功能低下的肿瘤病人具有一定的康复作用。

为此，我们在南京顾医堂顾老师的带领下，进行了爱康胶囊的临床康复检验治疗，在受试者们积极地配合治疗下，我们总结了受试者们的身体和心理的变化，从而得出了结论：爱康胶囊是有一定的改善免疫功能的作用，我们期望在肿瘤的康复治疗中会对其他治疗药物有一定的辅助作用。即爱康胶囊在肿瘤的康复中具有一定的辅助功能。

Application of aikang capsule in tumor rehabilitation

Abstract

In recent years, the prevalence rate of cancer has become higher and higher, which is a serious threat to human health. At present, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are still the main treatment in clinical treatment, with poor treatment effect and short survival time of patients. Up to now, the treatment of tumors is mostly western medicine. In terms of western medicine, researchers have conducted a lot of testing experiments, from the first clinical phase to the fourth clinical phase, and accumulated a lot of data from them, balancing the positive efficacy and negative side effects of drugs, and finally determining the most suitable anticancer drugs to be developed and produced. At present, western medicine therapy is the most scientific one. in clinic, many treatments for tumors are chemoradiotherapy, but the harm of chemoradiotherapy to the immune function of human body is huge. even if the tumor cells of patients are completely killed, it is likely to recur and catch other diseases because of too low immunity. Therefore, there are many researchers who have also gradually noticed the traditional Chinese medicine therapy. We all know that traditional Chinese medicine is China's traditional medicine, which has lasted for thousands of years. Some special knotty diseases can not be diagnosed by western medicine, but can be detected and treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Of course, traditional Chinese medicine also has certain toxic and side effects, especially in the present era, environmental pollution has caused a lot of traditional Chinese medicine quality worse than before, which is beyond doubt, the drug effect has declined, and even some medicines have added toxicity, which is a big drawback of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.

Through the research, it is found that most tumor patients have severe phlegm, blocked channels and collaterals, deficient cold in spleen and stomach, and aikang capsule is the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine selected according to these points: raw Pinellia tuber, red ginseng, Scorpio and cinnamon. Among them, Pinellia ternata is a common anti-tumor drug, red ginseng to remove moisture, Scorpio to clear veins, cinnamon to chill. Aikang capsule has a certain rehabilitation effect on malignant tumor metastasis and tumor patients with low immune function.

For this reason, we carried out clinical examination and treatment of aikang capsule under the guidance of gu yi Tang gu, Nanjing. with the active cooperation of patients, we came to the conclusion that aikang capsule can improve immune function to some extent, and we expect that it will have some auxiliary effect on other therapeutic drugs in the rehabilitation treatment of tumors.
