1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容和要求

1、 内容 在试验过程中，制定出一套试验方案，也就是具体步骤，即：1、细胞培养（换液与传代）；2、建立对乙酰氨基酚诱导肝细胞损伤模型；3、给药干预；4、mtt实验、细胞凋亡检测、dapi染色实验和线粒体膜电位检测实验；5、数据处理。

2、要求 （1）掌握文献查阅的一般方法，学会使用计算机在中国期刊网，维普数据库，超星数字图书馆，sci等检索资源上查阅关于细胞凋亡的相关文献。

（2）确定实验内容，拟定科学可行的实验方案。
