1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
1.熟悉基本的实验操作,理解实验的基本内容;2.能做到流利阅读文献,掌握文献内容;3.熟练运用各种信息平台查阅相关信息;4.了解有机化学中关于水相合成反应的优缺点与经典方式的有缺点对比,以及亲核进攻反应和官能团转化反应的机理;5.熟悉并掌握利用柱层析法分离得到纯产物的方法。
