摘 要
稀土发光材料以其独特的发光性质,在显示、照明、生物医学和传感等众多领域都具有十分重要的研究意义和应用价值。究其原因是其独特的电子层结构。因其合成过程简单、合成条件温和、配合物的结构易于设计和剪裁、发光功能性质可调控等优势,发光稀土配合物研究一直成为发光材料领域热点之一。
本论文采用微波合成法制备了一系列稀土离子配合物,并对它们进行了粉末X-射线衍射(PXRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、电镜(SEM)及光致发光光谱(PL)的分析与谱学表征。对于PXRD的分析表明这一系列配合物均为同种结构,反应前无论只加入草酸,还是既加入亚磷酸又加入草酸,最终得到的稀土配合物均为一类草酸配合物,并且这种配合物并没有在文献中找到相对应的PXRD谱图,说明这种配合物为新结构。通过扫描电镜进行分析,微波法合成的纯草酸铕与草磷酸铕的形貌均为片状,样品形貌上并无太大区别,也间接的证明了这一结论。对于它们的光致发光光谱分析,表明这一系列化合物均有不错的光致发光性能,可以作为潜在的发光材料加以应用。
本课题研究了用微波法合成稀土发光材料,对于研究并制备新结构的稀土发光材料具有参考意义。

Synthesis of rare earth luminescent materials by microwave
ABSTRACT
With its unique luminescent properties and unique structure of electron layers, rare earth luminescent materials have important research significance and application value in many fields ,such as display, illumination, biomedicine and sensing. The research of luminescent rare earth complexes has become one of the hotspots in the field of luminescent materials ,due to its simple synthesis process, mild synthesis conditions, easy design and tailoring of complex structures, and controllable luminescent functional properties.
In this thesis, a series of rare earth ion complexes were prepared by microwave synthesis, and they were subjected to powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). The analysis of PXRD indicates that this series of complexes are of the same structure. Before the reaction, no oxalic acid is added, or both phosphite and oxalic acid are added. The resulting rare earth complexes are rare earth oxalate complexes, and the complexes The corresponding PXRD spectrum was not found in the literature, indicating that this complex is a new structure.By scanning electron microscopy, the morphology of the pure oxalic acid, which is synthesized by microwave method, and the combination of the phosphate of oxalate, are both of the appearance of the sample, and the sample is not very large, and it is indirect to this conclusion.For their photoluminescence spectroscopy, it shows that this series of compounds have good photoluminescence properties and can be applied as potential luminescent materials.
The research of this subject enriches the synthesis of rare earth luminescent materials by microwave method.
