摘 要
二茂铁衍生物由于低毒、稳定、易修饰和良好的氧化还原性等性质,已在生物学、医药化学等重要的领域得到广泛的发展与应用。二茂铁从刚开始被发现,到其衍生物,以及结构、性质等方面的研究都引起了研究人员的兴趣并受到广泛的关注。可以说,二茂铁的出现,对于有机化学的发展起了非常重要的重用,甚至被认为是现代化学发展的里程碑。
三氮唑是一个富电子的化合物,能与各种亲电、亲核和自由基试剂反应,三氮唑环上的氮原子由于有孤对电子,所以很容易取代反应,从而可以合成多种不同的三氮唑类衍生物,并且三氮唑环上的氮原子可以形成配位键、氢键等化学键,不仅可以发挥共价键的作用,而且氮原子更容易与过渡金属配位以配位的形式形成相应的配位化合物,使其在金属识别方面具有重要意义。
在本文的研究中,我们设计合成了含三氮唑基团的二茂铁硒醚化合物LA,并且通过核磁(1HNMR)、质谱(MS)等方法进行了表征并且研究了此化合物对金属离子的识别作用。

Abstract
Ferrocene derivatives have been widely developed and applied in important fields such as biology, medicine chemistry and so on because of their low toxicity, stable, easy to modify and good redox properties. Ferrocene from the beginning to be found, to its derivatives, as well as the structure, nature and other aspects of the study have aroused the interest of researchers and has been widely concerned. It can be said that the emergence of ferrocene, for the development of organic chemistry has played a very important reuse, and even considered a milestone in the development of modern chemistry.
Triazole is an electron-rich compound that reacts with a variety of electrophilic, nucleophilic and free radical reagents,The nitrogen atom on the triazole ring is due to lone pair electrons,so it is easy to replace the reaction,So that a variety of different triazole derivatives can be synthesized, and nitrogen atoms on the triazole ring can form coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds and other chemical bonds,So that a variety of different triazole derivatives can be synthesized, and nitrogen atoms on the triazole ring can form coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds and other chemical bonds,not only can play the role of covalent bond, and nitrogen atoms more easily with the transition metal coordination in the form of coordination to form the corresponding coordination compounds, so that in the metal recognition is of great significance.
In this study, we designed and synthesized the ferrocene-containing selenide compounds LA containing triazole groups and characterized by NMR (1HNMR), mass spectrometry (MS) and the role of this compound in the recognition of metal ions was studied.
