介孔分子筛的修饰改性及其催化应用研究
摘 要
近年来合成易分离、可重复使用、高效且环境友好等多相催化剂成为研究的一大热点。分子筛由于具有一定的比表面,孔容、孔径常作为催化剂的载体。本课题首先进行分子筛的制备及修饰改性,合成得到具有一定催化活性的催化剂,探讨研究其催化性能,拓展其应用。
本课题用p123做模板剂,TEOS做硅源,使用水热法制备介孔分子筛SBA-15,使用浸渍法进行二氧化钛过硫酸根修饰SBA-15,考察了不同条件下制备的催化剂在催化乙酸异戊酯酯化的反应的影响采用红外,XRD对产物结构进行了表征,结果表明成功负载。以催化乙酸异戊酯的反应性进行研究,结果显示:在温度110℃,焙烧温度500℃,催化剂用量为0.5g,反应时间1.5h,反应醇酸摩尔比为2:3的时候乙酸异戊酯的酯化率达到最大为97.8%。该方法简单易得,原料成本也低,催化效率高,改性简单容易实现,得到的催化剂可重复利用,不会污染环境。

Research on the Modification of Mesoporous Molecular Sieve and its Catalytic Application
Abstract
Heterogeneous catalyst which has the characteristics of segregative synthesis, reusability, efficiency and environment-friendly has become a great hotspot of research in recent years. Molecular sieve is often used as the carrier of catalyst due to certain specific surface, pore volume, pore diameter. The topic first carried out the preparation and modification of modified molecular sieve to obtain the catalyst with certain catalytic activity, its catalytic performance was explored and studied, and its application was extended.
This subject adopted hydrothermal method to prepare mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 by taking p123 as the template and TEOS as the silicon source. Further, the impregnation method was used to conduct titanium dioxide peroxydisulfate to modify SBA-15. Then, this subject observed the influence of prepared catalyst under different conditions on catalyzing isoamyl acetate esterification reaction. The infrared XRD was adopted to conduct representation on the product structure. The results indicated successful loading. Besides, this subject conducted research by catalyzing isoamyl acetate’s reactivity. The results showed that the esterification rate of isoamyl acetate achieved maximum 97.8% with the temperature of 110℃, calcination temperature of 500℃, catalyst dosage of 0.5g, reaction time of 1.5h and molar ratio of alcohol to acid of 2:3. This method is simple with low material cost, high catalytic efficiency and easy modification. More importantly, the catalyst can be reusable without any environmental pollution.

人类现在正面临有史以来最严重的环境危机,由于人口急剧的增加,资源的消耗日益扩大,人均耕地,淡水和矿产等资源逐渐减少,人口与资源的矛盾越来越尖锐,绿色问题已经成为经济与社会发展的重要问题之一[1]。于是人们提出了绿色化学的号召,其是利用化学原理从源头消除污染。因此在化学实验过程中有必要将绿色化学渗透到其中,当今社会呼吁实验员用绿色化学的思想培养具有环境保护意识和可持续发展意识的绿色人才。
