置换法制备含BW11O39Ni 7-的PANI复合材料毕业论文

摘 要
杂多酸/聚苯胺 (HPA/PANI) 复合材料,因其制备简单,原料便宜,具有良好的热稳定性和化学稳定性,故在催化、电催化、电化学、热电性质和阳离子插入电极等领域都有着广泛的研究。
本论文用化学氧化法制备了盐酸掺杂的PANI,然后用置换法制备了一系列含BW11O39Ni7-的PANI复合材料。借助FTIR、XRD、电导率测试等手段对样品进行了结构和性能的表征。实验结果表明,KBWNi的置换用量越多,聚苯胺分子链上含BW11O39Ni7-的数量越多,当置换用量大于3g时,分子链中的BW11O39Ni7-达到饱和。另外,用KBWNi置换后的掺杂聚苯胺的电导率均比盐酸掺杂的未置换的聚苯胺电导率要高,当置换用量为3g时HPC/PANI复合材料的电导率最高。

Synthesis of PANI Composites Containing BW11O39Ni7- via Replacement Method
Abstract
HPA/PANI composite material, because of its simple preparation, cheap raw materials, with good thermal stability and chemical stability, so in catalytic, electrocatalytic, electrochemistry, thermoelectric properties and cation insertion electrode and other fields are widely studied.
In this paper, by chemical oxidation method by HCl doped PANI and then by replacement method by a series of PANI composite containing BW11O39Ni7-. By means of FTIR, XRD, conductivity test means the samples were the characterization of structure and properties. Experimental results show that, more replacement content in the KBWNi, polyaniline molecular chains containing BW11O39Ni7- the number, when the replacement amount is greater than 3G, the molecular chain of BW11O39Ni7- reached saturation. In addition, conductivity of polyaniline doped KBWNi after replacement were than HCl doped without replacement of the The conductivity of polyaniline was high, and the electrical conductivity of HPC/PANI composites was the highest when the amount of substitution was 3g.
