摘 要
Keggin型结构的杂多化合物属于杂多化合物中比较常见的一种构型,它们是一类既有酸性又有氧化还原性的固体双功能型杂多化合物,具有如下的优点:容易合成、价格低廉、热稳定性好,而且从微观层面可以通过改变组成元素的原子或分子来调节化合物特异性能,使得其同时具备催化活性高、选择性好、导电性好等特性。因此一直是催化和材料化学领域研究的热点。
本论文用经典酸化法分别在pH=5.5、5.9、6.3、6.7和7.1的酸性条件下合成了五组K7BW11O39Ni·nH2O样品,通过FT-IR、XRD和TG-DTA分析对样品进行了结构和性能的表征。实验结果表明,在pH=5.5~7.1范围内都能合成结晶性能良好的具有Keggin结构的目标产物。进一步对照分析表明酸性条件对样品的纯度和热稳定性有一定影响,在pH=6.3~7.1区间合成的样品具有较高的纯度,在pH=5.5~6.3范围条件下合成的样品具有较好的热稳定性质。综合考虑纯度和热稳定性两方面因素,我们认为当pH=6.3时是合成具有Keggin结构的杂多化合物K7BW11O39Ni·nH2O最合适的酸度条件。

Synthesis and characterization of the K7BW11O39Ni
Abstract
Keggin structure is one of the most common configurations of hetero compounds,They are solid dual functional catalysts with both acidic and redox properties, which have the advantages of easy synthesis, low price, good thermal stability, acidity and redox properties,By changing the composition of the element in the atomic or molecular level to regulate the specific performance, so that it also has a high catalytic activity, good selectivity, good conductivity and other characteristics. So it has been a hot spot in the field of catalysis and material chemistry.
In this paper, the five groups of K7BW11O39Ni·nH2O samples were synthesized under pH=5.5, 5.9, 6.3, 6.7 and 7.1 acidic conditions by using classical acidification method, and the structure and properties of the samples were characterized by FT-IR, XRD and TG-DTA analysis.The experimental results show that the target product with Keggin structure can be synthesized in the range of pH=5.5~7.1,Further comparative analysis showed that acidic conditions of sample purity and thermal stability has a certain influence, purity is higher in the pH=6.3~7.1 interval synthetic samples, in pH=5.5~6.3 scope under the condition of synthetic samples with good thermal stability.Considering two aspects of purity and thermal stability, we consider that when pH=6.3 is the most suitable acidity condition for the synthesis of nH2O and Keggin with K7BW11O39Ni·nH2O structure.
