1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
一、论文内容: 甲壳素(chitin)又称几丁质。
为n-乙酰葡糖胺通过β-1,4糖苷键连接聚合而成的一种含氮多糖类生物性高分子。
主要的来源为虾、蟹、昆虫等甲壳类动物的外壳与软体动物的器官(例如乌贼的软骨),以及真菌类的细胞壁等。
