年产3亿片红药片生产车间设计毕业论文

摘 要

红药片是一种常见中药。常常用于治疗跌打损伤,瘀血肿痛,风湿麻木等,由于目前国内的红药片生产厂家较多,说明红药片的治疗效果好,颇受患者欢迎。近年来,国外对湿粒制片的工艺研究也颇有建树。本文借助于市上技术较为成熟的湿法制粒技术,深入地进行了年产3亿片红药片生产车间设计,该年产3亿片红药片生产车间设计是基于对产品生产工艺进行系统调研,根据现场工艺布局对产品的物料、能量进行衡算、对设备进行选型等相关工作完成的。并且根据计算结果,设计了车间的工艺布局等相关图纸。本文还进行了“三废”治理、定岗、定员等相关描述,是具有良好经济效益的生产车间。如该生产工艺中的废水主要是冲洗废水以及厂区生活废水等,因此污染程度较小,直接合流到净化池物化法处理后排放河流。该生产工艺中废固主要为生产损失中的废料,原料都为可降解的天然药物,可采用填土法。

结论表明,该年产3亿片红药片生产车间设计生产出符合国家GMP标准的合格药品是完全可行的。

Abstract

Red pill is a common traditional Chinese medicine.It is often used for the treatment of trauma,blood stasis,pain,rheumatism and numbness,etc.At present,there are many manufacturers of red pills in China,which indicates that the treatment effect of red pills is good and popular among patients.In recent years,the technology of wet grain preparation has also made great achievements abroad.Technology in this paper,by means of the market is relatively mature,the wet legal system grain of technology deeply for the annual output of 300 million pieces of red pill production workshop design,the annual output of 300 million pieces of red pill production workshop design is based on the systematic research of production technology,according to the process layout for the product material and energy balance,the selection of equipment and other related work.And according to the calculation results,design the workshop layout and other relevant drawings.This paper also carried out the 'three waste' management,fixed post,fixed staff and other relevant description,is a good economic efficiency of the production workshop.For example,the waste water in the production process is mainly washing waste water and domestic waste water in the factory,so the pollution degree is relatively small,and the waste water will directly merge into the purification tank and be discharged into the river after physical-chemical treatment.The waste residue in the production process is mainly the medicine in the production loss,and the raw materials are degradable natural medicine,which can be filled with soil.

The conclusion shows that it is feasible to design and produce the qualified medicine according to the national GMP standard.
