1.前言

朴树（榆科）已在韩国、日本和中国被广泛用作治疗胃病，腰痛，腹痛，荨麻疹湿疹等疾病的民间药物。根据民间报道，朴树中含有能消除漆酚过敏症状的成分。目前银杏制品中存在着因无法有效脱除银杏酚酸而限制其推广应用的问题，银杏酚酸与漆酚的化学结构极为相似，因此，本研究拟在朴树中寻找抗炎的活性成分，用于银杏酚酸的解毒。
