摘 要
我国是世界上第一大生猪养殖国家,由于生猪养殖废水具有COD高、氨氮高、悬浮物高、色度深、臭味大、病原微生物多等特点,如果无序排放会对环境造成严重污染。
传统的废水处理技术具有占地面积大、操作复杂、建造费用高、运行成本高等缺点。为了提高生猪养殖的经济效益,高效、节能的废水处理技术的研究受到了广泛的关注。MBR技术是一种将高效膜分离技术和活性污泥法相结合的新型水处理技术,能够实现高效固液分离,几乎将水中的悬浮物、微生物等全部截留,从而提高出水水质。通过膜的截留作用,又可以大幅度提高生化处理池中生物的浓度、数量,从而提高处理效率和处理效果。
本文通过对A/O、MBR的基本原理、特点、研究及应用情况、设计方法及存在问题等方面的文献搜集与整理,以生猪养殖废水为处理对象,根据给定的原水水质和出水要求,对集水池、沉淀池、调节池、缺氧池、MBR池等污水处理构筑物进行了计算,对污水泵、罗茨风机、潜水搅拌机等污水处理设备进行了计算与选型,并绘制了相关图纸。

Design of MBR Treatmwnt Process for 50m³/d Pig Breeding Wastewater
ABSTRACT
China is one of the largest pig breeding countries in the world. Because pig breeding wastewater has the characteristics of high COD, high ammonia nitrogen, high suspended matter, dark color, bad smell and many pathogenic microorganisms , disordered discharge will cause serious pollution to the environment.
Traditional wastewater treatment technology has the disadvantages of large area, complex operation, high construction cost and high operation cost. In order to improve the economic efficiency of pig breeding, the research of high economy benefits ,high efficiency and energy saving for wastewater treatment technology has been widely concerned. MBR technology is a new type of water treatment technology that combines efficient membrane separation technology and activated sludge method. It can achieve efficient solid-liquid separation and almost retain all suspended matter and microorganisms in the water, then it can improve effluent quality. Through membrane interception, the concentration and quantity of organisms in the biochemical treatment tank can be greatly increased, so as to improve the treatment efficiency and effect.
This article includes the document collection and arrangement to the basic principle ,characteristics ,research , application situation ,design methods and existing problems of A/O MBR. In pig breeding wastewater treatment object, according to the given raw water quality and effluent requirements, the sewage treatment structures such as collecting basin ,sedimentation tank ,regulating pool ,anoxic pool and MBR pool are calculated, the sewage treatment equipments such as sewage pump, roots blower, submersible mixer and other are calculated and selected, and the relevant drawings are drawn.
