摘 要

本文介绍了膜生物反应器处理技术的原理,阐述了与常规污水生物处理工艺相比的技术优势,提出了膜生物反应器技术的不足和限制因素 。根据已知日处理污水量的参数,查阅生活污水水质等资料数据进行计算。严格按照相关国家与地方的法律法规,设计了300 m3 膜生物反应器生活污水处理工程,计算了膜生物反应器设施的尺寸。考虑到经济、环境等多方面效益,选择最优的设计方案。经该膜生物处理器污水处理工艺处理的污水能满足(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。文章最后介绍了膜生物反应器工艺的发展历史,总结了膜生物反应器在污水处理方面应用的现状与市场价值,探讨了膜生物反应器工艺将来的研究方向,展望了该技术的突破与发展。

Design of 300m 3 MBR domestic sewage treatment Project

Abstract

In this paper, the principle of membrane bioreactor (MBR) is introduced, the technical advantages compared with conventional wastewater bioreactor (MBR) are expounded, and the limitation factors of MBR technology are put forward. According to the parameters of sewage treatment, the data such as domestic sewage quality are consulted and calculated. In accordance with the laws and regulations of relevant countries and localities, the domestic sewage treatment project of 300 m3 membrane bioreactor was designed and the size of the membrane bioreactor facility was calculated. In view of the economic, environmental and other benefits, choose the best design scheme. The wastewater treated by the membrane biological processor can meet the needs of G B 18918-2002) A class A standard. In the end, the development history of membrane bioreactor process is introduced, the application status and market value of membrane bioreactor in wastewater treatment are summarized, and the future research direction of membrane bioreactor process is discussed. The breakthrough and development of membrane bioreactor technology in the future are prospected.
