摘 要
聚醚改性硅油是一种非离子型表面活性剂,其是在硅油的基础上接枝共聚形成的。本文首先介绍了硅油与改性硅油的物理及化学性质,在工业和生活中的应用与发展现状。聚醚改性硅油是由含氢硅油与聚醚F6在氯铂酸异丙醇溶液的催化作用下,加热到100摄氏度,通过硅氢加成合成的,是接枝改性的过程。得出的最终产物用核磁共振氢谱仪和硫代硫酸钠滴定法进行鉴定与分析,确定其反应最佳的工艺条件为:聚醚和含氢硅油的配比1.00:1.20,含氢硅油的含氢量0.15%,催化剂氯铂酸的质量分数2.0×10-5。最终,本实验还探究了H1,M2,M6,D2,D6,H6这六种不同聚醚改性硅油对PVC糊粘度的影响,得出加入硅油H1后,PVC糊粘度下降幅度最大,25℃时降低85mpa.s。

Study on Synthesis Technology of Polyether Modified Silicone Oil
Abstract
Polyether modified silicone oil is a nonionic surfactant, which is formed on the basis of graft copolymerization of silicone oil. This paper first introduced the physical and chemical properties of silicone oil and modified silicone oil, and its application and development in industry and life. Polyether modified silicone oil is hydrogenated silicone oil and polyether F6 in the chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution under the catalysis, heated to 100 degrees Celsius, through the addition of silicon hydride synthesis, is graft modification process. The final product was identified and analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and sodium thiosulfate titration. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: ratio of polyether and hydrogen-containing silicone oil 1.00: 1.20, hydrogen-containing silicone oil Hydrogen content of 0.15%, the catalyst chloroplatinic acid content of 2.0 ×10-5. In the end, the effects of H1, M2, M6, D2, D6 and H6 on the viscosity of PVC paste were investigated. The result is the addition of silicone oil H1, PVC paste viscosity decreased the most.
