摘要
芳烃化合物对谷氨酸棒状杆菌产丁二酸的影响
丁二酸又叫做丁二酸,是一不可或缺的有机化工原料及中间体,丁二酸只要被应用于化学产业,食品产业,医药产业等方面。一般的生产丁二酸的方法为石化法,生产方法是把丁烷经过顺式丁烯二酐来产生。其中只有食品产业选用发酵法来生产。丁二酸通过发酵法生成是利用可再生糖源(葡萄糖)以及二氧化碳作为原料,这开创了造成温室效应气体二氧化碳被利用的新途径。几十年的能源危机以及环境污染等多重压力下,产丁二酸的微生物发酵法因为其节约了许多的石油资源而且可以减少传统方法带来的污染由此受到了各个国家的重视。
在农业生产的过程中会产生大量秸秆(木质纤维素)难以处理,对其进行水解后的部分产物可作微生物发酵的碳源,但是用稀酸简单水解后会产生许多抑制物,这些抑制物会对丁二酸的量造成一定的影响。
此次研究的主要任务是探究芳烃类化合物,如酸类,醛类对于谷氨酸棒状杆菌产丁二酸的究竟有何影响。本实验选取抑制物中的醛类和有机酸,研究其对C. glutamicum的生长以及产丁二酸的影响,为丁二酸生产过程中减少抑制物毒性提高产量提供参考。

Abstract
Succinic acid, as a kind of important organic chemical raw materials and intermediates, mainly used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, food industry, etc.
Traditional succinic acid production methods mainly used petrochemical method from butane by cis butylene anhydride production. Only the food industry is produced by fermentation .Fermentation production of succinic acid is the use of renewable source of sugar (glucose) and carbon dioxide as raw material, it has opened up a new cause the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide utilization way. In recent years, the oil crisis and environment pollution of microbial fermentation to produce succinic acid method because of its save a large amount of oil resources and can reduce the pollution caused by the method of petrochemical and getting some attention.
Agricultural production will produce a large number of straw lignocellulose is difficult to deal with, to be the product of hydrolysis carbon source for microbial fermentation, but the use of simple dilute acid hydrolysis will produce many inhibitor, the inhibitor will affect the amount of succinic acid.
The main task of this study is to explore the aromatic compounds, such as acids, aldehyde to glutamate corynebacterium producing succinic acid how influence. This experiment selected inhibitor of aldehydes and organic acids, research on c.glutamicum grow and produce succinic acid, the influence of succinic acid production in the process of reducing toxicity of inhibitor to increase production to provide the reference.
