w-转氨酶的克隆表达与性质表征任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

手性胺和非天然的氨基酸在药物市场具有很大前景,可利用ω-转氨酶生物催化方法对底物进行氨化,可以有效地的避免传统化学法的高压高温高能耗高污染,生产手性胺。

本课题将利用底物谱对ω-转氨酶进行克隆,利用高通量筛选方法进行筛选,将新型ω-转氨酶进行表达,并对其酶学性质进行表征。

2018.12.25~2018.12.31 下达课题任务,查阅文献,做好开题前期准备工作; 2018.12.31~2019.1.23 完善课题研究方案,完成外文翻译、文献综述和开题报告工作,组织开题论证和初期检查工作; 2019.1.23~2019.6.7 课题的实验、设计、调研及结果的处理与分析,完成毕业论文和答辩PPT的写作; 2019.6.7~2019.6.14 课题论文答辩。

2019.6.14~2019.7.5 完成毕业设计(论文)教学质量的分析、总结和评优工作,做好材料的收集、整理和归档工作。
