木糖酸脱水酶有不同的菌株来源,比如嗜盐的古细菌富盐菌、新月丙杆菌和假单胞菌[1,2]。
不同来源的 d-木糖酸脱水酶可以利用不同的底物,比如 d-葡萄糖酸、d-木糖酸和d-木糖[3,4]。
