1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容和要求

一、 内容 塞来昔布为首个选择性cox-2抑制剂类非甾体类抗炎药，主要通过抑制环氧合霉（cox）中的2型酶蛋白阻断前列腺素生物合成过程来实现抗炎作用。

本课题的内容是塞来昔布胶囊处方工艺筛选及优化。

二、要求 1、 能独立检索与查阅与塞来昔布相关中外文文献，了解塞来昔布原辅料的性质及特点，完成开题报告一篇。
