彩色含砂雾封层材料设计及性能评价毕业论文

摘 要

近几年,我国路网发展迅速,修建了大量的道路,方便了人们的出行,同时,公路工程设计,施工,养护管理等方面不断规范发展,相应工程技术也有了很大的提高。因此,随着技术和显示状况的不断发展,对于道路的要求也趋向多元化,道路不仅仅是只需要满足交通行车的载体,同时也应兼具城市美化,休闲娱乐景观等方面的要求。彩色沥青路面应运而生,彩色路面改变了传统路面单一暗色系的局面,同时兼具城市美化,行车视线引导等功能,在公路工程中得到广泛推广和应用。但是,彩色路面的发展同样存在着许多待解决问题,比如彩色路面的造价和经济效益较低,彩色沥青路面造价较高,路面养护和维修等方面技术还需要不断改进。本文针对彩色路面使用过程中出现的颜色褪化,残留的车轮黑印,路表产生微裂缝等病害,提出使用彩色含砂雾封层材料对路面进行预防性养护,改善道路视觉效应,美化市容;同时,也可将彩色含砂雾封层用于原有黑色沥青路面的彩色化工程上,减少工程投资和成本,提高经济效益。

本文针对彩色含砂雾封层材料的制备进行了大量的工作,以下分为五大章节进行论述。首先是在查找了相关文献资料后,参考已有研究资料进行浅色沥青的制备。当前浅色沥青的制备方法较多,通过经济成本对比和浅色沥青性能,制备工艺等多方面的比较,利用抽出油,N2316型树脂,8017型降黏剂以及SBS改性剂,按照一定的配比制备出合适的浅色沥青胶结料。本试验用Redicote C500作为浅色沥青的乳化剂,要对浅色沥青进行乳化,需要利用Gemini型阳离子乳化沥青作为表面活性剂降低沥青表面能。通过对乳化后的浅色改性沥青进行试验分析对比,选取合适的配合比制备本试验所需的浅色乳化改性沥青。最后在制备出符合要求的浅色乳化改性沥青之后,在沥青中加入合适的颜料,并且分别加入级配砂石和单一粒径砂石进行对比试验,制备得到彩色含砂雾封层材料。最后,本文通过设计相应的试验,对制备所得的彩色含砂雾封层材料进行相关指标的测定以及其路用性能的评价,全面的考虑和比选,得到性能优良,并且满足相关规范要求的路面材料。

Abstract

In recent years, China's road network has developed rapidly, and a large number of roads have been built to facilitate people's travel. At the same time, highway engineering design, construction, maintenance management and other aspects of continuous development, and the corresponding engineering technology has also been greatly improved. Therefore, with the continuous development of technology and display conditions, the demand for roads also tends to be diversified. The road is not only a carrier to meet the traffic, but also the requirements of urban landscaping and recreational and recreational landscape. The color asphalt pavement emerges as the times require. The color pavement has changed the situation of the single dark color system of the traditional pavement, at the same time, it has the functions of city beautification, driving line of sight guidance and so on. It has been widely popularized and applied in highway engineering. However, there are many problems to be solved in the development of color pavement, such as the cost of the color road and the low economic benefit, the high cost of the color asphalt pavement, and the continuous improvement of the pavement maintenance. In the light of the color fading of color pavement, the residual black print of the wheel and the micro cracks in the road surface, this paper puts forward the preventive maintenance of the pavement by using the colored sand fog sealing material to improve the road visual effect and beautify the city capacity. At the same time, the colored sand mist seal can be applied to the coloring engineering of the original black asphalt pavement, so as to reduce project investment, save engineering costs and improve economic efficiency.

In this paper, a great deal of work has been done for the preparation of color containing sand fog seal material, which is divided into five chapters. First, the preparation of light colored asphalt is made. At present, there are many ways to prepare light colored bitumen. Through the comparison of economic cost, light color asphalt performance and preparation technology, the suitable light colored asphalt binder is prepared by pumping out oil, N2316 resin, 8017 type viscosity reducing agent and SBS modifier. Then, Redicote C500 is used as emulsifier, and Gemini type cationic emulsified asphalt is used as surface active agent to reduce the surface energy of asphalt, and the light color bitumen is emulsified. Through the experimental analysis and comparison of the light colored modified asphalt after emulsification, the suitable mix ratio is selected to prepare the light color emulsified modified asphalt for this experiment. Finally, after preparing the light colored emulsified modified bitumen, the suitable pigments were added to the asphalt, and the graded sand stone and single particle sand stone were added to the comparison test, and the color sand foggy sealing material was prepared. Finally, through the design of the corresponding test, the relevant indexes of the prepared color sand fogging material are measured and its road performance is evaluated. Comprehensive analysis and comparison are made to get the pavement materials with good performance, convenient construction and meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
